A downloadable system
Better Backstories is a card-based brainstorming tool for creative writing, role-playing and more. Similar to tarot cards, you shuffle the deck and play them out, using the suggestions on the cards to jumpstart your imagination. The basic deck is genre-neutral and works with any R-P-G system. Help out your players, spice up your N-P-Cs, and break your writer’s block with Better Backstories.
